During my Fashion & Luxury MBA program at NYU Stern School of Business, my team and I were tasked with proposing strategic recommendations for Ralph Lauren Purple Label, specifically for the denim product segment in order for Ralph Lauren Purple Label to become a destination for premium denim.

Our recommendations included strategic pricing, assortment, styling, and communications recommendations based on consumer and product segment research in order to connect with a new generation of loyal brand fans without alienating the existing customer base, positioning Ralph Lauren Purple Label as a major player in the luxury denim space.
