MM.LaFleur

Senior Art Director | 2016-2017

MM.LaFleur is a women’s fashion brand redefining workwear with stylish, functional, and versatile pieces designed for modern professionals. Known for its sophisticated yet comfortable designs, MM.LaFleur blends fashion and practicality to empower women in the workplace and beyond.

During my time at MM.LaFleur, I produced and art directed 12 seasonal campaign and e-commerce photoshoots, directed the design of marketing and social media assets, created conversion-oriented web layouts; designed and produced cohesive and consistent branded print collateral and packaging.

I built a creative asset request pipeline system for planning, budgeting, and time allocation across teams; acted as point person for communication and collaboration between creative and marketing, merchandising, engineering, design, production, and visual merchandising departments.

I managed a team of three graphic designers and creative interns alongside the creative director; successfully mentored and transitioned a graphic design intern into a full-time position within six months.

During my final three months of employment, I refined, re-established, and implemented brand and visual identity guidelines resulting in successful company-wide realignment on visual identity and brand standards.
